Nipper Program
Every age group has an Age Manager with one or two assistants. The Age Manager is responsible for the education, training and organisation of group.
On club days all children assemble on the grassed area at the club house at 8.15am, 15 minutes before scheduled commencement time, and are to be wearing their swimming costumes, cap, sunscreen, optional wet shirt and bring a water bottle & healthy snack. Most Nipper days are run to a timetable with groups moving between swim, boards, beach and team training and completion of surf award theory. Time outs are for the nippers to reapply sunscreen and water/toilet breaks.
At the conclusion of the days activities children are again checked off the attendance roll before they leave their group. Children are not to leave the Clubhouse or its surrounds until collected by the adult responsible for them.
